Data Deletion

Don Pupusas is a service of ENLAZADEV, SOCIEDAD POR ACCIONES SIMPLIFICADA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE (EnlazaDev, S.A.S. de C.V.), a company incorporated in El Salvador.

We respect your right to have your personal information deleted. You can request it at any time, free of charge and without having to give a reason.

Option 1 — By email

Write to soporte@donpupusas.com with the subject "Delete my data". Include the phone number you used for your orders and, if you remember it, the name of the pupusería: with that we can identify you.

Option 2 — Through the business

Tell the pupusería where you placed the order that you want your data deleted. The business passes the request on to us and we handle it the same way.

What we delete

• Your name and phone number.
• Your delivery addresses and locations.
• Your order history and your instructions.

How long it takes

30 days at most. We confirm when it is done.

What we keep because the law requires it

Even if you ask us to delete your data from active use, we may keep what the law of El Salvador requires —for example, sales records for accounting and tax purposes— for the period set by law. That information is used only for those purposes or at the request of the authorities, and is deleted when that period ends.
